Plansemble Refund Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective September 18, 2026
Operator: All The Rage Ventures, LLC
Product: Plansemble
1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Purchases of Plansemble products and services are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions.
Paddle processes payments and refunds in accordance with Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and applicable law.
Plansemble does not send refund payments directly to purchasers outside of Paddle.
2. Refund Request Window
You may request a refund for a Plansemble purchase processed through Paddle within 14 calendar days of the applicable transaction date.
For a one-time purchase, including an Event Pass, the 14-day period begins on the date of that transaction.
For a subscription payment, a refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the applicable subscription transaction, including the initial subscription payment or the most recent renewal payment.
Submitting a refund request within the 14-day period does not guarantee that a refund will be granted. Paddle reviews refund requests in accordance with its Refund Policy, Buyer Terms, and applicable law and may approve a full refund, approve a partial refund where appropriate, or decline the request.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are processed through Paddle.
You may request a refund using the support or transaction-management options provided by Paddle, including through your Paddle transaction receipt, the Paddle customer portal, or Paddle Buyer Support.
You may also contact Plansemble Support if you need help with the Plansemble product or assistance locating the appropriate billing or refund-support option.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a Plansemble subscription prevents future renewals but does not itself constitute a refund request.
Unless a refund or other applicable adjustment changes your access, a cancelled subscription remains active through the end of the applicable paid billing period.
If you wish to request a refund for a subscription transaction, you must separately submit a refund request within the applicable 14-calendar-day refund request window described above.
5. Consumer and Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Where applicable law or Paddle's Refund Policy provides rights or protections greater than those described here, those rights and protections apply.
6. Effect of a Refund or Payment Reversal
If Paddle issues a refund or reverses a Plansemble transaction, access, entitlements, or benefits associated with that transaction may end or be adjusted as appropriate.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, payment reversals, or suspected fraudulent transactions may also affect access while the matter is reviewed.
Any such action will be handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable policies, Plansemble's Terms of Service, and applicable law.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Plansemble, Paddle's requirements or policies, or applicable law.
The version and effective date displayed with this Policy identify the current version.
